technicians
and supervisors working at WAJ and for participants
from private sector, as follows:

aspects of their work, to enable them to perform

The H.R.D has the necessary
potential and facilities to produce
Audiovisual aids and training
material.
Studies
•The H.R.D conducts
studies related to the
analysis and definition of
training needs ,and the
topics that should be
focused on in the training
programs. The studies also
include defining training
plans aimed to fulfill the
training requirements and
select suitable methods. The
H.R.D follows-up the results
manifested in the
participants improved
performance and efficiency
to inspect with
compatibility of these
programs with the training
needs and requirements.
