Issuance of a License to Sell Water of an Artesian Well

 

Required Documents:

An ID document or an official power of attorney from the Well Owner.

The relevant Governorate Water Department.

Procedures:

1.        Fill in the relevant form.

2.        Have the form registered at the Chief Bureau of the Water Authority and referred to the competent division for study.

3.        Implement field inspection of the well and produce the required report.

4.        Address the Ministry of Health in relation with the application and take the

5.        equired procedures.

6.        Address the Directorate of Laboratories at the Ministry of Water to collect samples from the Well’s water to be tested.

7.        Receive the replies of the Ministry of Health and the Directorate of Laboratories.

8.        The License is approved if the lab test results comply with requirements and standards.

9.        The License is prepared, typed and signed by the Director of the Water Department at the Governorate and then transferred to the Outgoing Mail Section to be handed over to the concerned person.
