Average time for service completion:

One week to one month

Procedures:

1.        A request for application.

2.        The application is referred to the Unit of Well Licensing.

3.        The Application is studies and the site is inspected prior to issuing the relevant report.

4.        The report is submitted to the Board of Directors to reach the required decision.

5.        In case the applied for service has been approved, fees are to be paid.

6.        The application file is referred to the Director of the Unit of Well Licensing for his information.

7.        The file is referred to the Extraction Division to show the volume of water extracted within 4 years and to consider if there are any outstanding financial claims.

8.        The concerned person is requested to pay the financial claims (if any)- a financial release.

9.        The Director refers the application file to the Committee of Wells for consideration.

10.    The file is referred to the Secretary General for his information and then is referred to the Authority Board of Directors for decision making.

11.    The decision made by the Authority Board of Directors is referred to the Unit of Well Licensing.
