Transfer of an Artesian
Well Ownership
Required Documents:
1.
A new and duly legalized
registration document in name of the new Owner.
2.
A new Land Plan.
3.
An ID document.
Fees:
JD 50 being the inspection fees
Venue of Service Delivery:
Headquarters of the Water Authority
Average Time for the service completion:
One week.
Procedures:
1.
Submit a request for
application.
2.
The application is
referred to the Unit of Private Wells.
3.
A date is set for field
inspection in coordination with the concerned person.
4.
An amount of JD 50 is
collected from the concerned person being the inspection fees.
5.
Produce the field
inspection report.
6.
The report is referred
to the Head of the Division of Wells and then to the Secretary General.
7.
Pay any financial dues
(if any).
8.
A letter is issued in
name of the new owner to the effect of transferring the license into his name.
